6 - Content
- 6.2 - Content Restrictions: Users are responsible for their content; objectionable content not allowed. Sellers are forbidden from entering listings that sell or promote any form of crypto or similar trading.
- 6.3 - Content Review by Admin: The admin reserves the right to remove any listing that may infringe on listings and offers given by the featured experts inside Entrepreneursity. Additionally, the admin has the right to refuse or remove any listing that is not deemed appropriate and can do this at their discretion.
7 - Orders of Goods
- 7.1 - Position of the Service in Orders: Facilitator role; not a party in buyer-seller agreements. All transactions are solely between the Buyer and the Seller. Entrepreneursity and its team have no responsibility after purchase.
8 - Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- 8.1 - Limitation of Liability: Company's liability limited; exclusive remedy defined. All transactions are between the Buyer and the Seller. Entrepreneursity and its team have no responsibility after purchase.
9 - Disputes Resolution about the Service
Attempt informal resolution before formal dispute resolution.
10 - Intellectual Property of the Service
The Service and its content remain the exclusive property of the Company or Operator.
11 - Your feedback to Us
You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company or Operator. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company or Operator a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
